Last night I saw this slide at our Toki Pounamu meeting at Awahono school. The thing that 'clicked' with me here is how easy it is for ALL children to share and connect with others. I have some very shy children in my class, yet they will be able to share and connect with others using any of the ways discussed. So coming to the DFI session today after last night's meeting, was great timing. Something that touched my heart today was how Pt England School has live streaming of their school activities to connect with others, especially whānau. What an incredible opportunity for those families! I already had a you tube channel, but I found making a playlist on you tube was really interesting today. Because I don't have a digital classroom, I've never thought about putting information videos on a you tube playlist. I've only used it for appropriate classroom music before.
